Rember the Onojie of Uromi suspended by Oshiomhole, reconciles with the woman he allegedly assaulted


Four days ago, the Edo State Government suspended His Royal Highness Anselm O Aidenojie, the Onojie of Uromi from office as the Onojie for 7 days, for, among other things, inflicting grievous bodily harm on one Mrs Betty Okoebor on September 28, 2016, in full public glare, without being provoked. Read more after cut.. Within the 7-day suspension period, he was required to tender unreserved apologies to the victim and the Government of Edo State or stand deposed as the Onojie of Uromi. The king has now reconciled with the woman. Mrs Okoebor and her family members, in company of some notable people, were present at the reconciliation.
